How Aria Services Are Delivered

  • Aria coordinates directly with your facility to schedule an onsite clinic day to visit and confirm the residents scheduled to receive care.
  • The Aria clinical team brings all equipment necessary to provide quality care to your residents and will set-up in a designated room to provide dental and vision care. Hearing and podiatry providers will visit individual resident rooms.
  • Our clinical teams are specially trained in treating memory-care residents and can provide limited procedures to bed-ridden residents.
  • After each onsite clinic day concludes, Aria provides your facility with notes on the care provided.

  • When you enroll in one of our services, the Aria team works with the skilled-nursing facility to schedule onsite care, allowing you to stop worrying about transporting your loved one to multiple offsite appointments.
  • After each onsite visit, Aria’s clinical team provides detailed notes on the care provided to your loved one and updates their treatment plan as needed.
