John Griscavage

With more than 20 years of experience leading and growing a broad range of organizations from software to healthcare, John is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur.  John is a visionary and innovative leader, who has experience transforming businesses and has served as CEO and Board Member of several Private Equity funded companies.  Since joining Aria Care Partners, John has successfully led the company through a significant expansion phase both organically as well as through M&A.

John has always had a deep commitment to community and began his career with Teach for America, as an English teacher in rural Mississippi.  After a stint in investment banking with a focus on life-sciences and technology, John transitioned to operations, including roles as General Manager of Pacific Pulmonary Services, CEO of Professional Healthcare at Home, Vice President of Kindred Healthcare, CEO of Pathlogic, and CEO of PlayMaker Health.  John has an undergraduate dual major in English and Economics and an MBA from Stanford University.

Matt Oswald

Matt has extensive senior-level healthcare and insurance industry experience overseeing the full range of financial management functions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, and building and developing large, diverse financial teams. He served with distinction at Avesis as Chief Financial Officer, Guardian Life as Head of FP&A and Hartford Funds as Head of Finance after beginning his career as a healthcare Investment Banker on Wall Street.

Matt has a passion for fiscal management and business development and is always looking for new and innovative ways to grow and diversify the companies that he works for. He has a degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Benjamin Nelson

As the Chief Customer Officer for Aria Care Partners, Benjamin Nelson, is an experienced leader with a proven record of accomplishment in management, sales, marketing, operations, and recruiting for multiple successful business ventures.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology from the University of Nebraska. Since then, he has served in a variety of roles in the life sciences including Manager of Physician Services at C&A Industries, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Genesis Medical Staffing. From 2016 to 2020 Ben served as the President of Senior Vision Services, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska prior to its acquisition by Aria Care Partners. Ben’s role at Aria provides him oversight of the scheduling and account management teams for Vision, Dental, and Audiology care. Ben is a passionate and talented administrator who brings decades of experience in the care industry to help Aria enrich the lives of seniors nationwide.

John Rosenbaum

John is an experienced senior executive and business leader with strong operations and finance expertise and proven success in guiding organizations through complex change, start-ups, turnaround, and growth environments.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University graduating with his Accounting Degree Cum Laude in 1992. Before working at Aria Care Partners, he worked for 13 years with the international engineering and construction firm Black & Veatch. As Chief Compliance Officer, John oversees all aspects of compliance, including insurance regulatory matters and revenue cycle management. John has a unique ability to manage complex systems, making his expertise in balancing the regulatory and compliance requirements for dental, vision, and hearing services invaluable to the team. John is dedicated to working smart and finding continuous innovations at every level of business.

Anthony Miranda

Anthony’s 20 plus year career includes experience across a variety of industries and functions with a focus on Healthcare Services and Technology. Anthony is an innovative leader and drives results through process optimization, deliberate execution, and adherence to sound strategy. At Aria, Anthony focuses on corporate strategy, acquisition integration, implementing scalable technology solutions, and optimizing sales operations.

Anthony started his career in Corporate Strategy with Fortune 500 Retailer, Staples, Inc.  Transitioning to Healthcare, he then served as Vice President of Operations at Professional Healthcare, Senior Director of Operations at Kindred Healthcare, Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Mainsail Partners, and Vice President of Client Success at PlayMaker Health.  With a passion for senior care, Anthony leads with his heart and takes great pride in Aria’s mission to improve quality of life for every patient it serves. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Stacy Gober

Stacy has significant experience in medical administration and outpatient surgery. She has served as Vice President of Ambulatory Surgical Centers Operations for NVISION Eye Centers, Director of Clinical Services with Lily Lee, M.D., and Clinical Director of Nursing at the Newport Bay Surgery Center.

Stacy is dedicated to ensuring that seniors receive quality healthcare and brings that passion to Aria where she manages the Aria Dentistry, Optometry, Podiatry, and Audiology clinical teams in over 25 states. She’s a strong believer in being a good mentor for younger clinicians and building a great team through empathy and compassion.  Stacy received an associate of science degree from Mesa Community College, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix as a Registered Nurse.

Ray Morales

Ray Morales is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aria Care Partners. Ray brings a passion for the health sciences and expertise in sales and administration to the Aria Care Partners team. As a healthcare business strategist, Ray directs all Aria sales representatives who work in more than 20 states finding new skilled nursing facilities to bring into the Aria network. Ray has an extensive body of sales experience, most recently he served as the Assistant Vice President for Clinical Shared Services for Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah where he oversaw growth strategies and care transformation within 24 hospitals. Ray has also served with distinction as Director of Sales and Business Development for Intermountain Healthcare and as Regional Facility Administrator for DaVita Kidney Care. Ray served as the Vice President of Business Development at U.S. Renal Care, where he led the development and execution of new business opportunities and growth strategies nationally. Ray has an M.P.A. from Brigham Young University’s Mariott School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Sciences and Health from the University of Utah’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Ray also speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Sara Warren, SPHR

Sara Warren is the Vice President of Human Resources at Aria Care Partners, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, corporate security, sports & entertainment, and direct sales.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Dallas, with dual concentrations in Organizational Development and Sports & Entertainment Management. In addition, she has earned professional certifications, including SPHR and SHRM-SCP, further underscoring her expertise in the field.

At Aria Care Partners, Sara leverages her extensive background to design and implement comprehensive programs in recruiting, onboarding, benefits and talent development.
