Access is Available Regardless of Income Source

Qualified Medicaid residents with income can:

  • Purchase an Aria insurance policy for dental, vision and hearing care at no net additional cost.
  • Choose private-pay or fee-for-service options.

Medicare and privately insured residents can:

  • Purchase an Aria insurance policy.
  • Choose private-pay or fee-for-service options.

Medicaid residents without income can:

  • Access Aria services. 
  • Choose private pay-pay or fee-for-service options.

All in Favor

We sign a Provider Agreement and execute HIPAA Agreements.

All Aboard Kickoff

We connect you with your key contact(s), facilitate program orientation, and complete an enrollment checklist.

Family Engagement

We conduct educational outreach to qualified residents’ families that includes a letter and informational brochure.

Resident Reception

We host an onsite event where self-responsible residents and family caregivers can elect to enroll.

Onsite Visits

We conduct a welcome call, and then schedule our visits where we assess participants and develop customized treatment plans.

  • Medical records are provided electronically or manually to the facility at the end of every session.
  • Responsible parties can request medical records through the facility.

Yes, our clinical teams are specially trained in treating memory care patients.

Aria coordinates directly with the skilled-nursing facility to schedule a day to visit, and keeps records on which residents are due to be seen. 

  • Our clinical teams go into the facility (not a van)
  • We bring our technology with us.
  • We coordinate with your facility to find an area to set up.
  • We can do limited procedures for bed-ridden patients (accommodate)
